How to check what programs are running in the background

There are other ways to check what programs are running in the background but I chose the simplest way to do it. Here are the steps:

1. On your keyboard, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Task Manager.

2. Click on the Process tab. It will show you the entire list of programs currently running in your computer.

3. To stop a process, click on the specific process you want to stop, then click on End Process.
